Probationary Period: 

• 30 days

Performance Skills: 

Must Be Able To: 

• Push/pull various equipment and carry a backpack blower on the back
• Walk an average of 2-10 miles per day
• Utilize mowers and equipment such as string trimmer, stick edging, hedge trimming, etc.
• Lift branches and limbs
• Lift/carry an average of 50 pounds

Environmental Conditions Include: 

• Exposure to outside weather conditions
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts
• Occasional exposure to chemicals, wind, extreme heat, etc.
• Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels

Some Job Duties: 

• Own your project
• Prepare truck & equipment for the day
• Perform lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties
• Perform landscape maintenance
• Perform equipment maintenance
• Support company projects
• Perform other services as needed
